04 Applicable law and jurisdiction
Use of this website is governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Geneva, Switzerland, in line with the jurisdiction clause of our client engagement contracts.
05 What we collect
When you visit this website, our hosting provider records the technical data required to deliver the pages: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, date and time of the request, and the page requested.
This website has no contact form, no newsletter and no client area. Nothing is collected from you beyond the technical data described above. The email address and telephone number published on the site put you in direct contact with us; this policy covers the website, not the business relationship that may follow.

07 Legal framework
This processing is governed by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, in its revised version in force since 1 September 2023. Where the GDPR applies — visitors in the European Union — our legal bases are our legitimate interest in operating the website and answering enquiries, and, where relevant, your consent.
08 Hosting
This website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva, Switzerland. Infomaniak stores data exclusively in its own data centres located in Switzerland and does not transfer it outside its own infrastructure. It acts as our processor, under contract, and applies its own technical and organisational security measures, including isolation between customers, annual penetration testing and breach notification. 09 Third-party services and transfers abroad
No third-party service receives your data when you load a page of this website, and no personal data of our visitors leaves Switzerland.
The typefaces are served from our own server, and audience measurement runs on our own hosting: we use Matomo, installed on our Infomaniak account, configured without cookies and with IP addresses anonymised. Your visit is counted in our own database, in Switzerland.
One flow abroad remains, and it concerns security rather than visitors: Jetpack Protect (Automattic Inc., United States) protects the site against brute-force attacks by checking login attempts, and the IP addresses they come from, against a list maintained by Automattic.
We use no advertising network, no social media tracking pixel and no profiling tool. The links to our LinkedIn page are ordinary links: nothing is transmitted until you click one.
10 Cookies
This website does not currently use cookies or any similar tracking technologies.
11 How long we keep data
Server access logs are retained by our host for the period stated in section 08. Matomo visit data is kept for “Matomo retention” and then reduced to aggregates. This website stores nothing else about you.
12 Your rights
You may ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, and request its correction or deletion. Where the GDPR applies, you may also request portability or restriction, or object to the processing. Write to ; we answer within thirty days.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, or with your national supervisory authority in the European Union.

We may update this policy. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its date of last update.
